BEWARE: "Delux Flooring Inc" is listed in "Consumer Beware List" of the Ministry of Consumer Services. The decision to call this company for hardwood floor and stairs installation, without some research, was the worst decision in my live! One day Alex and Co simply disappeared from our home without notice... We were left with unfinished floor and damaged stairs. Thousands of dollars, paid in advance, had been stolen. It took many weeks and the double of the estimated cost to restore the stairs and to re-do most of 'work' completed by "Delux Flooring Inc", because the quality was absolutely unacceptable.
