How many doors does a guest bedroom require? Not this many!! Solution: we eliminated one (which is now the painted out wall). This allowed us to enlarge the closet (once moving the cold air return) for a new custom made Built-in Wardrobe (being fabricated). Form, function and space planning meets stylish modern aesthetics#irenekuninteriors#form and function#soace planning#bedroom makeover#jmgrenovations#closetenvy#modern aesthetics

Client's Window Update: once final laser measurements were taken to ensure jams were square, the shims were nailed in place, windows reframed, caulked and painted out. Now the windows not only look better but more importantly issues are corrected and ready for custom blinds to be ordered. We are now back on track to beautify this space. Great work team!

Current project with a great carpenter (Thank you Jay!) repairing poorly installed windows, jams, casements. So many wooden shims were required but everything is now perfectly square and ready for next steps! A little bump in the road is expected during a renovation / home improvement project but we are on the job correcting it!#irenekuninteriors#jmgrenovations#homerenovations#homeimprovements

Paint Selection for Client's main floor living space (after trying numerous white paint chips and test pots!)Tip: Label the stir sticks with the name of the paint colour and code. On the flip side of the paint stick write where the paint was being applied (walls, trim, doors...)After project completion I will leave these paint sticks with the client as an easy reference for future use.
